- Retention walls for sloping grades
- Large underground obstacles that exceed the ability of standard excavating machinery to remove
- Excessive ground water
- Access into backyard that will accomodate machinery necesary to install pool & accessories
- Damage to grass, shrubbery, driveways, walks, trees, patios on buyers property or property used to access pool site
- Damage to underground lines (eg., telephone, sprinkler, electric gas, water on sewer)
- Elevation of pool shell to be determined by buyer
- Mortgage Survey
